Pretty Growing Things

Despite not being inhabited for the last several months, My Honey's father's yard has some pretty flowers and flowering bushes which I had the opportunity of photographing when we were up there for the wedding.

Congratulations Kirsten and Jason!

My Honey and I spent the weekend in Sudbury and attended a wedding on Saturday.  I had never met the bride and groom, but I know the bride's parents who were close friends of My Honey's father.  Kirsten and Jason are high school sweethearts who've been together 10 years.  Hmmmm...My Honey and I have been together 10 years...interesting... ;)

We had a wonderful time with fabulous vegetarian food and here are a few pictures from the event.

The food was wonderful!  The entire event was held at an Italian restaurant in Sudbury called Ristorante Verdicchio.  These little guys were delicious but the best part was the Creme Brulee for dessert!

The bride's sister and her partner were co-emcee's for the event.  The two sisters are the spitting image of their mother.

Sadly, I didn't get any good pictures of the bride--these are the best I could do!  We weren't allowed to take pictures during the ceremony and I was sitting at the back so I wouldn't have gotten a good shot anyway.

Mallory and Mark--a lovely couple we had the pleasure of dining with.  He's an engineer (see the tell-tale ring) and she's a teacher.

This is Luke, also a table-mate and charming dinner companion.

This is Roham, the table's partier--he danced up a storm!  He kidnapped my camera and took some great candid shots of other wedding guests.  He's a photography enthusiast who is currently sans camera.  I was happy to oblige.

The father of the bride--he somehow managed to work game theory into his speech and not have it seem contrived.
